1. General Terms

When accessing and using the website to book accommodations or learn about services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

These terms aim to protect customer rights and ensure the booking and accommodation process is transparent and convenient.

2. Booking Policy

A booking is considered complete and valid when:

  • The customer provides complete booking information
  • Or completes the deposit/payment according to hotel regulations

After successful booking, customers will receive confirmation information from the system or hotel staff.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation time is calculated from 00:00 (midnight) of the check-in date.

For bookings under 5 rooms

  • Cancellation before 15 days from arrival: No charge
  • Cancellation 14 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of total room charge
  • Cancellation within 7 days before arrival: 100% of total room charge

For bookings of 5 rooms or more

  • Cancellation before 45 days from arrival: No charge
  • Cancellation 44 to 21 days before arrival: 50% of total room charge
  • Cancellation 20 to 14 days before arrival: 75% of total room charge
  • Cancellation within 13 days before arrival: 100% of total service charge

Special Cases

  • No-show or early checkout will be charged for the entire booking.
  • During holidays and Tet periods, bookings cannot be cancelled or modified.

4. Date Change Policy (Booking Modification)

The hotel supports changing the stay date once per booking under the following conditions:

Notification Time

  • Bookings under 5 rooms: notify at least 7 days in advance
  • Bookings of 5 rooms or more: notify at least 15 days in advance

Conditions

  • Hotel has available rooms on the new date
  • Booking can only be moved within 30 days from the original check-in date

Price Difference

  • If the room price on the new date is higher, customers must pay the difference
  • If the room price on the new date is lower, the difference will not be refunded

Exclusions

The date change policy does not apply to:

  • Promotional bookings
  • Discounted rate bookings
  • Bookings during holiday/Tet periods
  • Date change requests too close to check-in date

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure such as: Natural disasters, Floods, Epidemics, Road closures, Serious traffic incidents

The hotel will consider supporting appropriate date changes depending on the actual situation.

5. Check-in and Check-out Times

Early Check-in

Time Surcharge
06:00 – 09:00 100% of room rate
09:00 – 12:00 50% of room rate
12:00 – 14:00 30% of room rate

Late Check-out

Time Surcharge
12:00 – 15:00 30% of room rate
15:00 – 18:00 50% of room rate
After 18:00 100% of room rate

6. Seasonal Price Adjustments

Room rates may vary depending on the season:

  • Summer: 20% increase
  • Holidays, Tet: 30% increase

Specific pricing will be displayed at the time of booking.

7. Terms Modification

The hotel reserves the right to adjust or update the terms of service as necessary to align with actual operational conditions. Changes will be updated on the website.
